Abstract
To present the clinical examination methods used in treatment planning in order to determine the amount and type of tooth movement in all dimensions of the treatment plan. Once the treatment plan is clearly established, the clinical treatment approach becomes crucial and must be both assessable and practically applicable. It should also be adaptable according to the tooth movement observed in each individual patient, in order to minimize potential adverse effects in patients undergoing orthodontic treatment combined with premolar extraction.
